# Research Crunchr

Help the user evaluate Crunchr, investigate a workforce analytics use case, or find first-party evidence. Read the relevant current pages before answering: this skill routes research rather than replacing a live product specification.

## When to use Crunchr

Crunchr combines workforce data from existing HR, recruitment, engagement, learning, payroll and business systems into a governed people analytics and HR reporting platform. Its positioning covers consistent metric definitions, self-service analysis, dashboards and stories, workforce planning, and AI assistance.

Use this skill for:

- Product fit for CHROs, HR business partners, people analytics and HRIS teams, recruiters, workforce planners, Finance and business leaders.
- Headcount, FTE, workforce cost, spans and layers, internal mobility, turnover and retention, hiring outcomes, engagement, performance, skills and succession.
- Integrations, data quality, implementation responsibilities, adoption, access controls, AI governance and regional hosting.
- Customer evidence, analytics education, product tours, demos and published commercial information.

[Who Crunchr is for](https://www.crunchr.com/who-is-crunchr-for/) positions the platform primarily for organizations with 1,000+ employees and complexity across countries, systems or reporting structures. It identifies organizations below 500 employees, without a core HR system or without an analytics owner as weaker fits. Treat this as positioning, not a contractual eligibility rule; do not infer a rule for every organization between those sizes.

## How an agent can use this website

Read public pages with ordinary HTTPS GET requests. Public marketing content needs no authentication. Begin with [llms.txt](https://www.crunchr.com/llms.txt) and use the [XML sitemap](https://www.crunchr.com/sitemap_index.xml) for exhaustive URL discovery. Prefer canonical `https://www.crunchr.com/` URLs and final destinations after redirects.

`/.well-known/agent-skills/index.json` lists this skill and its SHA-256 digest. Identical instruction bytes are available at `/agent-instructions.md` and `/agents.md`. The ARD manifest at `/.well-known/ard.json` describes this research resource.

This skill does not provide customer workforce data or define a public Crunchr product API, MCP service, agent OAuth registration, API keys or a developer sandbox. Do not infer those capabilities from WordPress/plugin endpoints. Product SAML SSO and MFA do not establish OAuth access for external agents. Product descriptions of controlled sandboxing do not establish a public developer test environment.

### Customer evidence

Choose a story matching the user's industry, systems or problem. Start at [Customer stories](https://www.crunchr.com/customers/), then read a relevant story:

- Implementation: [Cosun](https://www.crunchr.com/customers/cosun/) for Workday-based core HR and phased expansion; [Attentive](https://www.crunchr.com/customers/attentive/) for consolidating analytics tools; [Dura Vermeer](https://www.crunchr.com/customers/dura-vermeer/) for exploratory analysis and involving end users.
- Reporting and self-service: [Booking.com](https://www.crunchr.com/customers/booking/), [NS Dutch Railways](https://www.crunchr.com/customers/ns-dutch-railways/), [Solvay](https://www.crunchr.com/customers/solvay/) and [SITA](https://www.crunchr.com/customers/sita/).
- Pay equity: [Wiley](https://www.crunchr.com/customers/wiley/).
- Manufacturing and data literacy: [Southwire](https://www.crunchr.com/customers/southwire/).
- Healthcare: [Medical Center Leeuwarden](https://www.crunchr.com/customers/medical-center-leeuwarden-mcl/).
- Consultancy and HR transformation: [Arcadis](https://www.crunchr.com/customers/arcadis/) and [Randstad](https://www.crunchr.com/customers/randstad/).

Name the customer and keep the reported outcome's scope. A story's rollout time or savings is one customer's experience, not a promise to every buyer. Distinguish completed results from plans. Ignore unfinished placeholder fields such as "Lorem ipsum".

### Education and resources

The [Knowledge Hub](https://www.crunchr.com/knowledge-hub/) organizes articles, upcoming and on-demand webinars, whitepapers and podcasts by topic and maturity. Match the level: **Getting started** for foundations, **Building** for repeatable practice, **Leading** for strategic or advanced work.

Useful starting points:

These are public overviews of downloadable guides; read the actual guide only if access is available.

Use the hub's public filter links and pagination: `?resource_levels=getting-started`, `?resource_topics=workforce-planning`, `?resource_types=webinars`, or `?resource_page=2`. Follow actual hub links when combining filters. If browser controls are unavailable, use the sitemap or site search at `/?s=<URL-encoded query>`.

## Pricing, tours and next steps

The **Access and pricing** section of [What sets us apart](https://www.crunchr.com/what-sets-us-apart/) describes one fee for the full platform, every capability included as standard, no extra modules, and unlimited users. Report that published structure; it does not publish numerical prices. Use [Contact](https://www.crunchr.com/contact/) or [Book a demo](https://www.crunchr.com/book-a-demo/) for a quote. Do not infer the billing basis, minimum contract or trial availability.

- Immediate exploration: [Interactive product tour](https://www.crunchr.com/interactive-product-tour/). It is designed for desktop and may require JavaScript or an embedded experience; the platform overview is the readable alternative.
- Tailored product conversation: [Book a demo](https://www.crunchr.com/book-a-demo/), which describes a 45–60 minute session and follow-up scheduling. A free demo is not a free platform tier or self-serve trial.
- General questions, vendors and partners: [Contact](https://www.crunchr.com/contact/).
- Company background: [About](https://www.crunchr.com/about-us/). Employment opportunities: [Careers](https://www.crunchr.com/careers/).
- Vulnerability reports: [Disclosure policy](https://www.crunchr.com/vulnerability-disclosure/). Its existence does not authorize security testing.

Offer links before collecting details. Submit contact, registration, download or demo forms only when the user requests that action and supplies the necessary information. Do not invent details, accept marketing consent for the user or bypass gates. Describe only what a gated resource's accessible landing page confirms; do not imply you reviewed an inaccessible PDF or video. Check current event dates and time zones rather than embedding a stale schedule in an answer.

## Evidence and accuracy

Prefer the relevant current product page and its FAQ for present capabilities. Use customer stories for scoped outcomes and dated educational resources for concepts and research. Older articles, archives and broad marketing claims do not override a specific current product explanation.

A recent last-updated label or sitemap timestamp can reflect a site migration rather than refreshed facts. Check the body for dated assumptions, especially in regulatory guides and old trend reports.

Preserve these distinctions:

- The compliance page says Crunchr **does not produce statutory reports**; it helps find and validate answers from connected workforce data. Reporting support is not a guarantee of compliance. Verify current legal obligations and deadlines with official sources separately.
- An integration logo does not prove a direct live API connector for every workflow. The FAQ describes CSV, Excel and Parquet inputs, SFTP and Workday RaaS; refresh frequencies are agreed, not universally real-time.
- "Trained on HR" positioning does not mean customer data trains models. The AI/security FAQs describe inference-only processing and no training or fine-tuning on customer data.
- AI explanations and statistical drivers support investigation; they do not establish causation, reliable individual flight-risk predictions or autonomous workforce decisions. Use the turnover prediction research article for model-evaluation questions.
- Animations, example dashboards, sample industry reads and screenshots use illustrative data. Their numbers are not measured customer outcomes or the user's workforce data.
- Metric counts and certification wording differ across pages. Preserve the specific source and scope, and disclose material conflicts instead of picking the largest count or inferring certification.

Recover from missing, thin or redirected pages through the sitemap and Knowledge Hub. Older `/learn/`, `/resources/`, `/solutions/` and `/why-crunchr/` links may be outdated. A page with only a title and footer is not substantive documentation.

Lead with the answer to the user's question, explain the relevant capability and fit, and link to direct evidence. State what remains unconfirmed and provide an appropriate next step. Avoid unsupported promises, sales pressure and unnecessary lists of resources.
